½ gallon apple cider
1 gallon water
¾ c. salt
1 onion
1 lb. brown sugar
6 tangerines or 4 oranges
6-8 garlic cloves
6 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large stockpot and heat until warm enough for salt and sugar to fully dissolve. Let cool. Dunk your turkey in and brine over night.
