Refrigerator Orange Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:  
2 packages yeast (2 tbsp dry yeast)
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup hot water
3 well-beaten eggs
2 teas. salt
4 to 4.5 cups flour

orange filling:
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
grated rind of 1 ornage

orange glaze:
Juice of one orange
1 lb powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sprinkle yeast over warm water; set aside.
2. Combine sugar, shortening and salt with hot water and stir until shortening is melted.
3. Add beaten eggs and 1 cup flour, mix well.
4. Stir in dissolved yeast thoroughly.
5. Add remaining flour and stir until well mixed.
6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
7. Roll each portion into rectangle 1/4" thick and spread with half of orange filling.
8. Roll up as for jelly roll.
9. Cut into 1 inch slices and place into buttered muffin tins, allow to rise 3-4 hours.
10. Bake at 375 degrees F for for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
11. Remove from oven and while still hot pour orange glaze over top.

Orange Filling:
1. Cream together 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup butter, and grated rind of 1 orange.
Orange Glaze:
1. Combine juice of 1 orange with 1 lb powdered sugar and blend until smooth.
