1-2 Tbs. canola oil
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
Olive oil
Joe's Kansas City French Fry Seasoning

Directions:
Add 1-2 Tbs. of canola oil to a pot over high heat on the stove. Add popcorn kernels and cook until there is 1-2 seconds between each pop.

Pour the cooked kernels into a popcorn bowl, toss with olive oil and add Joe's seasoning to taste.

My dad is a big popcorn fan and turned us all to making our own on the stovetop - it's so much better than the microwave version. I find this recipe super addicting because the seasoning has a little bit of sweetness to the mostly savory taste.
