1 lb. Bacon
1 large Yellow Onion or Sweet Onion
2 cloves Garlic, minced
½ cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Maple Syrup
⅓ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Chili Powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooled, the bacon will need to be cut or torn into small bite sized pieces. Transfer all but 4 tbsp of the grease into a mason jar & store for later. Cut the onion into thin slices and add to the pan. Caramelize the onions. After the onions are caramelized add in the garlic, brown sugar, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, bacon, and chili powder. Combine and let simmer until the mixture thickens to the consistency of a jam. Serve & Enjoy!

This is one of my favorites! I like to serve on top of pork chops. It’s an easy addition for a great weeknight meal!
