12 Large Shrimp, peeled and cut in half
1/2 sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced peppers
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, old bay
Butter
Lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pan,on medium heat, add onion and peppers and season with salt and pepper
Sauté until tender
Add some butter to pan, melt
Season Shrimp with Old Bay and add to pan
Cook until shrimp turns pink, stirring to cook both sides
Serve over Grits
