2 lbs cream cheese
1-1/2 c. sugar
5 large eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger
1 t. cinnamon
softened butter & graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter bottom of springform pan, add graham cracker crumbs (ginger snap crumbs make a great crust also) to cover bottom. Beat cream cheese till fluffy, add sugar, flour, spices, mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs, pumpkin and salt. Beat together. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 1 hour after baking. Chill before serving.
