2 tsp. Olive oil
5 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning®
4 (6 oz.) skin-on salmon fillets
4 tsp. Fresh lime juice

Directions:
1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-heat (375º F. To 459º F.) and lightly oil grate.
2. Rub olive oil and the Old Bay Seasoning over both sides of salmon fillets; skin sides down, to grill.
3. Grill, covered and without turning until salmon flakes easily with a fork or an instant-read thermometer inserted into fish registers 145º F., 7-9 minutes. Sprinkle with lime juice before serving.

If you love salmon, this is a good recipe. The seasoning enhances the meat and the splash of lime at the end gives it a hint of zest which agrees with the taste buds perfectly. It’s simple to make and delicious!
