4 Chicken Thighs
1tsp Onion Powder
1tbsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tbsp Pepper
1tbsp Salt
1tsp Parsley
2tbsp Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup of White Truffle Oil
1 Lemon Zest
1tsp Ginger
2tbsp Olive Oil
2tbsp Garlic
6tbsp Butter (3tbsp melted)
1/2 Cup White Cooking Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Combine Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder, and Parsley.
Rub in 1/2 tbsp of olive oil on each chicken thigh and coat the chicken with the seasoning.

For the sauce, combine white truffle oil, brown sugar, 3tbsp melted butter, ginger, and lemon zest and set to the side.

Place a cast iron skillet over med/high heat and add remaining butter, garlic, and white cooking wine.

Add in your chicken thighs and brown for 5 minutes on both sides.

Turn off the heat and brush the White Truffle sauce on the chicken.
Place Chicken in oven for 30 minutes

Remove from oven and add parsley (optional)
