1 cup Sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 cup quick oats
½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
½ cup Milk

Frosting
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups flaked coconut
4 Tbls butter, melted
½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350º.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the cake in a large bowl. Add butter, eggs, and milk. Mix with a spoon until blended.

3. Spray a 9x13" pan and spread the batter evenly in it. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

4. When the cake is done, take it out of the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.

5. While the cake is cooling, mix all frosting ingredients in a bowl. After cake has cooled for a few minutes, spread the frosting over the warm cake.

6. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes, until icing is bubbly.

7. Let cool and serve.
