1 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp almond flour, packed
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener (use your sweetener of choice, (granular monkfruit)
(OR 1 egg white) 3 tbsp egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8-1/4 tsp lemon zest

Lemon Glaze:
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp powdered sweetener (granular)
One tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Into a mug, add ingredients for mug cake, mix thoroughly, and for 1 min 20 secs, microwave!
Mix until it gets well combined for the glaze!
