2 packages (12 oz. each) semisweet chocolate chips
1 pack (8oz) cream cheese, softened
3 T. instant coffee granules
2 t. water

1 lb. dark chocolate for coating
Directions:
Directions:
In microwave, melt chocolate chips, add cream cheese, coffee and water, mix well.
Chill until firm. Shape into 1 inch balls. Chill.
Melt chocolate coating.
To mold: Coat candy mold with chocolate & chill. Fill with truffle, finish chocolate coating, chill to release from mold.
OR
Dip truffle balls into chocolate coating, chill on wax paper
