1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 cup oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat together sugar, oil and egg.
2. Mix soda, salt, vanilla and milk and add to egg mixture.
3. Add flour, rhubarb and cream of tartar.
4. Place in greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
