1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
If making 1 recipe in 1 mug, use a 12 oz. mug or larger as it will increase a little.
I personally think it's too much, so I make the recipe and split it in 2 mugs.

Mix together the flour, cocoa, salt, sugar. Add the water, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Divide between 2 mugs. Place 1/2 tbsp (or desired amount) of peanut butter into the middle so that it is immersed in the brownie dough. Microwave on HI for 1 minute.

NOTE: I also added a few chocolate chips.....to make it a chocoholic fix!! LOL
Could also add a few chopped nuts too. Be creative!!
