Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Recipe

1tbsp olive oil
1 package Polish kielbasa
1 medium yellow onion sliced
1 tbsp butter
2 bell peppers sliced
2 tsp garlic minced
2 cups sauerkraut undrained
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sliced kielbasa.

Saute the kielbasa until browned and cooked through. Flip pieces over about half way through to brown both sides. Remove the kielbasa and set aside.

Add the butter to melt over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, and softened and browned.

Add the bell peppers, continue to cook 5 minutes till softened.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the sauerkraut and cooked kielbasa to the onion peppers. Cook or additional 5 minutes until the sauerkraut is heated through.

Serve warm!
