Ingredients: 2 T Olive Oil 4 Chicken Breasts (cut into small chunks) 2 t Italian Seasoning Salt/Pepper 2C Whipping Cream 8 oz Cream Cheese(cut into small pieces) 8 oz Asiago Cheese (shredded) 6 oz Parmesan Cheese (grated or shredded) 1/2 C Pistachios
1 lb Bow Tie Pasta (Italian)

Directions:1. Season the chicken with the Italian Seasoning and Salt and Pepper. Saute in olive oil over Medium High heat until the chicken begins to brown. Remove the chicken from the pan. Pour off extra oil. turn the heat to medium low. 2. Add the whipping cream and stir - getting any browned chicken bits off the bottom of the pan. 3. Add the cream cheese and mix in as the heat melts the cheese. 4. Add the Asiago and mix in as the heat melts the cheese. 5. Add the Parmesan and mix in as the heat melts the cheese. 6. Add water to a large pot. When the water is boiling add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package. 7. Add the chicken to the cheese sauce. 8. Add the pistachios to the chicken and cheese sauce and mix well. 9. Serve the pasta in a bowl and add the cheese sauce. Pass extra shredded Asiago cheese if you wish. |
