Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 each--red and green pepper, diced
1 can green chilies, undrained
1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3/4 lb. cooked spaghetti
3 cups grated cheese, any flavor (I use Monterey Jack)
Few splashes of chicken stock or broth, if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 8 ingredients and 1 c. of cheese in crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken breasts, shred and return to crockpot. Add cooked spaghetti and remaining cheese. Toss to coat. If too thick, adda few splashes of chicken stock or broth. Cook for 20-30 minutes on low.
