2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
1/2 C rice vinegar
3/4 C soy sauce
2 T brown Sugar
3 garlic cloves minced
1 t grated fresh ginger or 1/2 t dried ginger
1/2 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except chicken. Then put chicken in the bowl with the mix and marinade 30-60 minutes at room temp or over night in fridge.

Remove from marinade and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
