2½ cups of macaroni elbow
4 TBS. butter
¼ c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. whole milk
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
1⅓ c. cottage cheese
⅔ c. sour cream
2 c. colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cook macaroni and drain. Place in a greased 9x13 dish.
In a saucepan, melt butter, and stir in flour, salt, and sugar until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil, cook, and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Reduce heat and stir in Velveeta until melted. Stir in cottage cheese and sour cream.
Pour over macaroni and work in with noodles. Put in half of the cheese and work in. Put the remaining cheese over the top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
