3 chicken breast cut in 1/2

1 t kosher salt
1/2 t pepper
2 t garlic powder
2 t onion powder
1 t Italian herb spice
1/2 t red pepper flake

1/4 c olive oil

3-4 smashed garlic cloves

1/4 c dry wine OR Chix stock
1 C heavy cream
5 ounces Boursin or allouette cheese.

1/2 C Parm cheese (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients and put on both sides of chicken.
Heat cast iron pan to medium high. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side. Until golden brown crust forms.
Remove chicken & set aside.
Sauté garlic for a few minutes. Don’t burn.
Add chix stock & deglaze pan & scrape up bits.
Add heavy cream & 1/2 of cheese. Stir continuously until thickened.
Then nestle chix bank into pan. Spooning sauce over the chicken. Let simmer 2-3 minutes more. Turn off the heat.

Sprinkle Parm over top & serve.
