⅓ cup + 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
⅓ cup cornstarch
1¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
4 egg yolks
5½ cups milk

½ stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, cocoa, sugar, salt, egg yolks and milk. Whisk until blended.
Microwave 5 minutes. Remove and whisk.
Microwave 4 more minutes. Remove and whisk.
Microwave until thick. Remove and add ½ stick of butter and vanilla

(Can also be cooked on the stove on low until thick)
