Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Box of Macaroni 14 oz or 1 lb (Creamette preferred)
4 cups of shredded cheese (mix sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, etc.)
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/4 cup of flour
4 cups of milk

May top with bread crumbs but I prefer crumbled potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Cook macaroni according to directions. Rinse in cold water. Set aside.

Using the pan you cooked the macaroni in, melt the butter.
Gradually stir in the flour as if you are making gravy. Allow it to simmer for about 2 or 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Gradually add milk, also stirring, on low heat.
Add 3 1/2 cups or bags of cheese. Stir constantly on low or medium heat until it is all melted together.
Add rinsed macaroni to cheese and milk mixture.

Pour into baking dish. Top with remainder of cheese and crumbled potato chips. Bake for about 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
