Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
2 chicken breast
2 Tbsp Granulated chick bouillon
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
cayenne pepper
White pepper
salt
4 cups All purpose flour
½ Oil
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put all of the chicken in a large 4 quart boiler and bring to a boil. While chicken is cooking for an hour and a half or so, add the pepper, salt, and bouillon, make sure to skim off any foam from the top. Once done, pull the chicken out of the broth to cool so you can debone it.
Whisk your cream soup, into your broth on med to low heat. Now make your dumplings. In a bowl, mix flour and add 1 tsp of salt. Then make a hole in the middle of your flour and add your oil, start mixing the flour and oil with your hand, adding some milk as you go. You want the dough a little bit thicker than biscuit dough.
Now roll out your dumplings. On a floured counter top, take half the dough and roll out your dumplings to you desired thickness with a rolling pin. Then take a pizza cutter and cut them into squares or strips the size you like. Sprinkle a little pepper on them before dropping them into the simmering broth. Repeat until you have used all of your dough...you might need to push the dumplings in the pot down with a large spoon to move them out of the way some for the fresh dumplings going in.
Next put your chicken back in the pot with the dumplings and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Then you are ready to eat.
