1 pound ground hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water
Flour or corn starch
6 medium potatoes, sliced thin and round
1 can Le'sueur peas
Biscuit mix:
1 Tbsp oil
½ to ¾ cup milk
1 cup flour

Pre heat oven to 350º.
Brown Hamburger meat with onion and season to taste.
Dissolve Bouillon cubes in hot water and add to hamburger meat. Thicken gravy with flour or cornstarch. Stir potatoes into meat mixture and simmer. Add peas. Turn off heat and mix biscuit dough ingredients. Pour meat mixture into an oblong baking dish. Drop biscuit dough by tsp on top and bake until golden and bubbly.
