1 Egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. Milk
¼ c. Fine Bread Crumbs
dash of Pepper
1 lb. Ground Cooked Ham (about 3 c.)
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 c. Pineapple Juice
¼ c. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, crumbs and pepper. Add ham and mix well. Shape into 60 tiny meatballs. In skillet, brown half the meat balls at a time in hot oil, shaking pan to keep balls round. Remove meat balls from skillet; stir cornstarch into drippings in skillet, add pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, butter or margarine and chicken bouillon cube. Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Add meat balls and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve in chafing dish or warmer with cocktail forks or picks.
