4 cans of Grande Biscuits
3 LBS of LEAN Sausage
4 cups of milk
salt & pepper to taste
Optional: garlic salt, paprika, chili flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook up 3 LBS of sausage. Drain it well and rinse with hot tap water to rinse off meat.

GRAVY:
1) 4 cups of whole milk heated up.
2) Pull 1/2 cup of the warm milk and mix with 3/4 cup of flour. Mix well to make a smooth "paste".
3) Add "rue/paste" to the other heated milk.
4) Add one (1) LB of cooked rinsed sausage to mixture.
5) Add salt and pepper to taste.

BISCUITS:
Prepare biscuits according to package. OR make your own recipe.



Prep for FREEZE DRYER:

1) Pour gravy/sausage mixture into the freeze dryer trays.
2) Add dividers (green plastic strips) should have 10 big squares.
3) On another (freeze dryer tray) cut up biscuits (1 biscuit should have 16 pieces) put into individual divider portions.

NOW PRE-FREEZE YOUR TRAYS BEFORE - FREEZE DRYING.
