2/3 cup sifted flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
Half teaspoon salt
Two eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups diced apples
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flower, baking powder and salt. Add sugar and vanilla to beaten egg. Eat well. Add dry ingredients, apple and nuts to liquid mixture. Mix well and bake in a well greased 8 x 12 x 4 baking dish for 45 minutes at 350°.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
