1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced carrots with juice
1 package Lipton's onion soup.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown a beef roast in a cast iron skillet. Set aside.
Empty onion soup mix onto a large sheet of aluminum foil placed in a roasting pan. Position browned roast on top of soup mix. Pour canned soups and carrots mix over the top of the roast. Season with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice. Bake in moderate oven until tender.
