Ingredients:  
½ cup of butter (unsalted) at room temperature
2 cups of Parmigiano-Reggiano grated cheese (from Costco)
1 ¾ cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until blended

Shape into 3 logs 9x12 inches

Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour

Slice very thin and bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes (rotating pans after 8 minutes)

(Dough can be frozen up to 2 months- thaw for 15 minutes before slicing)
