2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
2 pkgs lime or lemon jello
2 cup cold water
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup prepared horseradish
1 lb. well drained cottage cheese
1 small grated onion
a drop or two green food coloring.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare jello according to the package directions, adding the sugar and salt at the same time as adding the boiling water. Fold in drained cottage cheese and onion.

This jello salad is a nice change from the typical fruit jellos. It has just a bit of a bite to it that is really tasty.
