½ cup of flour
1 egg
2 T of milk
½ cup of panko crumbs
½ cup of shredded coconut
Shrimp
(Chili Dip: ¼ cup of mayonnaise and 2 T of sweet chili sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk milk and egg
Mix panko crumbs and coconut
Flour shrimp
Dip shrimp in egg mix then dip into panko mix
Heat 2 inches of oil in pan
Fry shrimp until done (about 4 minutes) and turn once

Karen and I enjoy going to the Outback Steak House and sit at the bar. Sometimes we get a full dinner and other times we just get hors d'oeuvres. Our favorite is their coconut shrimp. This recipe is our attempt to copy their recipe.
