4 7½ ½oz. cans of whole clams
4 tsp of lemon juice
1 medium onion
2 small green peppers
½ cup of fresh parsley
½ lb. of butter
2 T of oregano
2 tsp of hot pepper sauce
½ tsp of pepper
1½ cup of Italian breadcrumbs
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Grated parmesan cheese
Paprika

Save juice from 3 cans of clams

Add 3 cans of drained clams to 4th can of clams (in juice) and lemon juice and bring to a simmer

Blend onion, green pepper, parsley, and enough reserved clam juice to make it spread easily

Add blend to clams with butter and oregano

Add hot pepper sauce, pepper, and breadcrumbs

Cover with mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until bubbly
