Baked Buffalo Wings Recipe

¾ cup of flour
½ t of cayenne pepper
½ t of garlic powder
½ t salt
½ cup of melted butter
½ cup of hot sauce (Franks)
20 chicken wings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and place in a plastic bag

Mix wet ingredients

Pat wings dry and shake them in dry ingredient mix

Place wings on foil lined baking sheet and refrigerate at least 1 hour

Dip wings in wet ingredient mix and place back on baking sheet

Place baking sheet in oven at 400º for 45 minutes, turning the wings over after 20 mins

Serve with blue cheese or ranch and celery

We lived in Buffalo, New York where chicken wings were first served at the Anchor Bar. This has been a favorite of ours ever since.
