Fry your meat in a skillet with a little oil, meanwhile heat frying oil. Remove the meat and allow the grease to drain off in a strainer. Sauté your peppers and onions in the skillet until tender. Add your beef back to the pan, add cheese and stir to melt it. Take a couple tablespoonfuls per wrapper and roll it up tucking in both ends, seal by rubbing just a little water on the edge of the wrapper, this will make it stick to itself. Fry in the oil until golden! Serve with mayo, ketchup or a mix of the two!
