Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9-12 Lasagna Noodles
1½ lbs. Ground Beef
2 jars Spaghetti Sauce (your preference)
2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Boil a large pot of water to cook noodles, follow package on cook time. Drain and set aside. Cook ground beef in large frying pan, drain if needed before returning to pan. Remove from heat. Add sauce and mix. In a large casserole dish (9x13) lay out the first noodle flat, add the beef and sauce mixture the entire length. Sprinkle some of the mozzarella cheese on top, take one end and slowly roll. The mixture will squeeze out on the sides, that’s normal. Repeat for all noodles. Gram and I could usually fit 12, 3 each row. The remaining sauce add to the top after all are rolled, spread evenly and top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake in oven for about 20 minutes or heated completely.
