20oz baby spinach (roughly chopped)
2 (13oz) cans of artichokes, chopped and drained
16oz cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup grated parmesan
2½ tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp pepper
1½ tsp salt
