1½ Cups Flour 2-3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Baking Powder 1 Cup Sifted Powdered Sugar
½ tsp Salt
1 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
½ Cup Oil
½ tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Lemon Zest
1½ Cups Blueberries
1 Tbsp Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease bottom and sides of 1 Large or 3 Small loaf pans. Mix berries with 1Tbsp Flour. Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. Whisk together next 6 ingredients. Gently add the flour mixture and stir until just blended. Add the berries and stir just to mix them in. Bake for about 50 minutes for a large pan or 30 minutes for small. Let cool for a few minutes then take out of pan and prick with holes. While it's cooling put lemon juice in a small pot and stir in the powdered sugar. Simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over the bread.
