2 kohlrabi
4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 pinch salt
ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the dressing directly in the serving bowl: add the mayonnaise, mustard, pressed garlic, oil, and lemon juice, along with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Peel the kohlrabi, then slice it thinly, using a mandolin, or shred it using a large-holed grater. Add it to the dressing and toss.

Adjust the seasoning then serve.

Not for Will! Kind texture of radish, tastes kinda like jicama but a little more flavor. Also, I had pomegranate seeds so I added them. Not bad!
