Betty Crocker® Fudge Brownie Mix - Prepare according to package directions.

Icing

¼ cup milk or half & half

⅓ cup unsalted butter

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

2-3 cups of Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pan heat the milk, butter, cocoa powder.

Stirring frequently until it starts to simmer or low boil.

Let boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Stir in the powdered sugar-one cup at a time until desired thickness.

Pour over cake, it will set up as it cools.

I got this recipe from Lynn Keeley. Lynn's husband, Steve brought these brownies to Charles' breakfast group. They were the best brownies I have ever eaten. I could not believe they were made from a mix. I think the icing is the reason and of course it is homemade. Thank you for sharing Lynn.
