2 c sugar
3 eggs
5 c flour
3 t powder
1 t salt
1 c shortening
1 c milk
1 t lemon extract
3 t vanilla
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, cut in shortening (just like you would when making biscuits). Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix just enough to combine (too much will make them tough).

Roll out the dough and cut into shapes. Bake at 375º for 7 minutes (no more). Remove to cooling rack.

I've frosted these with cream cheese frosting and made fruit pizzas.
