1 c water
2 sticks butter
4 T cocoa
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 t soda
2 t salt
2 eggs
1/2 c sour cream

Icing:
1 stick butter
4 T cocoa
6 T milk
1 lb powdered sugar
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Cake:
Bring water, cocoa, and butter to a boil in a saucepan on the stovetop. In the mixer bowl combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the boiled mixture immediately. Cream well. Add eggs, sour cream, and soda. Pour into a 10x15 sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. While the cake is baking make the icing. You'll be icing the cake while it's warm.

Icing:
Bring milk, butter, and cocoa to a boil in a small saucepan. Pour into the mixer bowl. Add vanilla and then powdered sugar a little at a time until desired consistency. Spread on warm cake. Cool and serve!
