1 Loaf Seedless Vienna Bread
12-16 oz. Swiss Cheese Cubed
1 Pkg. Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
2 Sticks Butter
2 Tblsp. Poppy Seeds
1/4 Cup Green Onions Chopped
1 Tblsp. Dry Mustard
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt

Melt butter in bowl. Add poppy seeds, green onions, dry mustard, lemon juice, seasoning salt and mix together. Set mixture aside.
Place bread loaf on cookie sheet and cut 3 big "X"s into top of bread (careful not to cut through to bottom). Stuff cheese cubes and mushrooms slices into "X"s. Pour butter mixture over top making sure to get into the "X"s.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Slice and serve.
