4 potatoes thinly sliced
4 boneless pork chops
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
salt & pepper

Directions:
Brown the pork chops in 1/4 c oil and drain off the fat. Arrange the potato slices in a casserole dish. Arrange the pork chops on top of the potatoes. Combine the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom, and milk in a bowl. Bake at 350º for about an hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe fits into a 9"x9" pan. If I have company, I will use a 9" x 13" and increase the potatoes accordingly. Then at least six pork chops will set on top. I use 2 cans of mushroom soup and a 1/2 c of milk, but still just one package of onion soup mix. It doesn't matter if the pork chops are boneless. I have made this both ways.
