8 oz angel hair pasta
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp butter
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a medium saucepan, add olive oil and butter. On low heat add garlic and seasoning. Let heat slow until garlic is clear and the flavor saturates the olive oil and butter. Add pasta and toss.

My uncle Jimmy used to fix this dish at our house. I asked my Mom to teach me how to fix it because I liked it so much.

You can also add vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) when you toss the pasta if you would like.
