4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. Better Than Boullion Chicken
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1 T. poppyseeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Placed chicken in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
3. Stir together soup, boullion, and sour cream.
4. Combine with chicken.
5. In a ziplock bag, crush Ritz crackers.
6. Add melted butter and poppyseeds.
7. Zip closed and shake well.
8. Cut a corner of the bag off and spread over chicken mixture.
9. Bake for 20 -30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
10. Serve over rice or noodles.
