3 T olive oil
1-1/2 C warm water
1 T active dry yeast (2 pkts)
1-1/4 tsp coarse salt
3-1/4 C bread flour
Italian seasoning, for topping (can be mixed in to the liquids too)

Directions:
Directions:
Oil a 9x13” pan well.
Combine water and yeast in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the oil, salt, and flour and beat on high for 60 seconds. Scoop the sticky batter into the prepared pan, cover with a dry towel and let it rise at room temperature for 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375F. Drizzle the dough lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake the bread until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool for 5 minutes, and turn it out of the pan onto a rack. Serve warm.
