Ingredients:
4 c. Dry Macaroni
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 lb. Yellow American Cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. grated Romano Cheese
2 c. Heavy Cream
4 oz. Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large pot ⅔'s full with water. Add salt. When boiling add pasta and cook until the macaroni is al dente. Drain and set aside. In a medium pot add heavy cream, American cheese (cubed), and parmesan and Romano cheese. Stir frequently over med/high heat and be careful not to scorch. As soon as the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth, remove from the heat. Turn oven on broil. Spray a 9x13" pan with baking spray. Pour in the cooked macaroni. Pour the melted cheese over top of the pasta. Sprinkle the Colby/jack cheese on top. Place under the broiler, until top layer of cheese is melted and bubbly and beginning to brown. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes before serving. The leftovers are even better!
