2 tsp. olive oil
1 diced onion
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
shredded mozzarella cheese (There can never be too much!)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute garlic, onion, and mushrooms until soft.
2. Cut chicken into nuggets and season with Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper.
3. Add chicken to pan and cook until done.
4. Remove pan from heat.
5. Add cream cheese, mozzarella, and chicken broth.
6. Stir until cheeses are completely melted.
7. Serve over mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
