6 T. soy sauce, divided
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup honey, divided
2 T. corn starch, divided
1 1/2 lb. steak (round or sirloin)
2 T vegetable oil
2 large or 3 medium garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup sriracha (less can be used)
1 large stem broccoli, cut into florets
salt and pepper, to taste
4 cups cooked white rice
Everything But the Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds, to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, lime juice, 1 T honey, and 1T corn starch.
2. Slice meat across the grain into thin strips.
3. Add meat to marinade and toss to coat.
4. Marinate for 20 minutes.
5. Add vegetable oil to large skillet and bring to medium to high heat.
6. Add meat and cook until browned.
7. Transfer meat to a bowl and set aside.
8. Add garlic to skillet and cook for 30 seconds over medium heat.
9. Whisk remaining corn starch into the beef broth and add to the skillet, along with 2 T. sauce sauce, remaining honey, the sriracha.
10. Whisk until combined.
11. Add broccoli and cook until bright green and slightly tender.
12. Add steak back into pan, along with any drippings.
13. Heat through.
14. Salt and pepper to taste.
15. Serve over rice and garnish with seasonings.
