2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Green pepper, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
15.5 ounces Black Beans, undrained
3/4 cup Water
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion, pepper and garlic, cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
