3 cups crushed pretzels
1 cup butter, melted
4 T. sugar
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip (or stabilized whipped cream)
1 6-oz box strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
2. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 400º.
3. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
4. Using electric mixer, cream together cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
5. Fold in the Cool Whip.
6. Pour over the cooled pretzels and smoothe.
7. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, and add strawberries.
8. Stir until strawberries are thawed.
9. Set in freezer 5 minutes.
10. Pour over the cream cheese mixture.
11. Refrigerate.

I cut into squares and serve over lettuce with a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip.
